This talkative girl was a favorite of the volunteers at
Animal Care & Control, who describe her as delightful! We were asked
to rescue her when she developed an upper respiratory infection. Now

senior. Since her owner has passed away, Boots needs a retirement home.
She has lived with small dogs, but would probably prefer to be the only

Clarence
Maine Coon type longhaired male.
This big, handsome boy was named after a young FOP supporter named Claire
(below),
who had a birthday party but asked friends to bring gifts for homeless
animals instead. On the day she delivered the gifts, we took a tour of
Animal Care & Control and found this big cat who needed to be rescued.
His foster says he is an awesome cat who loves to play or get a

affectionate lap cat. She has lived with another cat, and is gentle and
sweet. In her foster home, she runs to jump into her foster dad's lap,
gets along well with her foster brother Clarence, and doesn't hide from
the dogs. She is good about using her scratching post, and is a personable
