Friends of Pets
Anchorage, Alaska

"...To make our community a place where all companion animals
are loved, wanted and protected."

Friends of Pets provides vital animal welfare and protective services
for abandoned animals, with respect, compassion and integrity.
We intervene to reduce the euthanasia rates at the Anchorage Animal
Care & Control Center
, to promote responsible pet ownership
and to improve the quality of life for companion animals.

FOP is a non-profit organization staffed entirely
by volunteers and supported by donations.

Together we are making a difference!

Shop Etsy For Animals
in May 2013 to benefit
Friends of Pets!

Etsy for Animals (EFA) aka Artists Helping Animals, is a team of independent artists, craftspeople, vintage sellers and craft suppliers on Etsy.com who are dedicated to providing charitable relief to animals by donating a portion of the profits to animal charities. Friends of Pets is Charity of the Month for May 2013. Please support these talented artists and help support FOP too!

to help save lives and reach pets
and pet owners in need.
